Halloween Cookies

 

Well this is one of the batches of cookies for Halloween so far, definately more to come.  I love the skull cookies.  I first saw them on chapixcookies.com and have been dying to make them.  They're so cute & scary!!!!

I had high hope for these cookies.  I wanted to place them in a vase and make a beautiful bouquet for a good friend.  After several tries it still didn't look right and then I started to break some cookies.  I ended up placing them in a box.  They still looked pretty and still taste great but now I'm on a mission to get this vase thing figured out.  Keep you posted!

Happy Birthday

             Someone is turning 43 today and it's not me! LOL 

          I'll be 43 next year, but I'm still 26 in my head!

Thank you to my niece Amanda for sending me this pic of some recent wedding favour cookies I made.  I'm so happy the icing colour matched perfectly with the napkins.   Weddings make me a little nervous so this pic makes me happy!
